We are back with the BIGGEST most exciting CrossFit event of the year.......that’s right, the “2020 Hong Kong CrossFit Charity Team Competition”, in support of Catherine’s Puppies and Sai Kung Stray Friends Foundation!
Each year we pick a charity to partner with who are in need of support and this year we have decided to go with 2 partners that are dedicated to our four legged friends, so we wanted to lend a helping hand!
