EVENT 2 "DOG EAT DOG WORLD"

For Time

For Time and Weight:
•100 Calories Assault Bike (6 minute time cap)
•6 minutes total to each establish a 1 rep max clean and jerk
12 Minute Time Cap

Notes:
•Partners may split the Assault Bike Calories however they like
•As soon as the 100 Calories have been finished and verified, athletes mark their time!
•If athletes finish the 100 calories before 6 minutes, they may rest until the 6 minute mark OR else start their lifts!
•All athletes must start their lifts at the 6 minute mark and will then have a total of 6 minutes to establish their 1 rep max C&J
•Athletes may set up their barbells before the workout starts, as long as they state on camera what their opening weight is and show weight plates
•Only 1 athlete can lift at a time
