Use a 20 inch box and wear a weighted vest or backpack (45lbs / 35lbs)

If you don't access to a 20inch box, use an equivalent elevated surface (chair, sofa, bench, bed...)

Filling up a backpack with books, bottles of water, milk cartons, etc... would work if you don't have plates/weights
