Establish a 1-rep-max snatch by following the protocol below.

Notes

Beginning at approximately 80% of your 1-rep-max, complete 1 snatch. After every successful lift, add 5 lb., resting no more than 2 minutes between attempts. Continue in this fashion until you can no longer successfully complete the lift. Your score will be the heaviest successful weight lifted.
