Notes
After “3, 2, 1 … go,” run 200 meters, clean the first weight, add weight to the bar, and then start the next round. Continue in this fashion, increasing the load on the barbell each round. Your score will be the total time taken to complete the event. You may have a friend load the barbell between cleans or set up multiple bars.
