Partners start at the same time. Time stops when the second partner finishes.

Team:
5 rounds for time

48 doubles unders (both/ same time)

6 devil lunges (Partner A) - while
8 devil press (Partner B)
Then
6 devil lunges (Partner B) - while
8 devil press (Partner A)

RX/Service: 95/65lbs barbell or (2) 50/35lbs DBs

Scaled: 75/45lbs barbell or (2) 35/20 DBs, Jumping pull-ups

Team:
You go, I go format.
Partner A does 15 thrusters then Partner B does 15 thrusters.
Partner A does 15 pull ups then Partner B does 15 pull ups.....
