4x5m Shuttle Run + Down Up
20 x Air squat

Movement standards:
.Must start behind line/past marker each shuttle run
.Chest to floor and hands behind the line/marker
.Hip crease below knee level for squat depth and full extension of hips at top of squat

Video standards:
.Must show measurement for 10m shuttle
.Must have shuttle run in frame
.Must be able to show air squat depth and extension

.Total number of reps completed (each round is 24 reps) e.g. 5 rounds + 8 air squats = 128 reps
.Tie breaker will be the time you complete your last full round.
