“Local’s Revenge” Part A (RX and Scaled)
In a 20 minute window (for both Part A and B)
30 Bar Facing Burpees
30 Power Cleans
20 Bar Facing Burpees
20 Power Cleans
10 Bar Facing Burpees
10 Power Cleans
*Power Clean weight is ascending- see Competition Corner for division weights and standards.
*If not completed in 15 minutes, move on to Part B

“Local’s Revenge” Part B (RX and Scaled)
After completing Part A, with remaining time of 20:00 (or at minute 15), find your max:
1 Clean + 2 Hang Cleans

*Part A must be completed within a 15:00 cap. If the athlete is unable to complete the 30-20-10 under the 15:00 cap the athlete will note their completed repetitions and proceed to Part B. However, if Part A is completed under the cap, the athlete may immediately move on to Part B.

“Local’s Revenge” Part A (Minimal Equipment)
In a 20 minute window:
30 Burpees
60 Alt. Jumping Lunges
20 Burpees
60 Alt. Jumping Lunges
10 Burpees
60 Alt. Jumping Lunges

"Local's Revenge" Part B (Minimal Equipment)
In any remaining time, accumulate max distance (10m is 1 rep)
*Before the workout mark off two lines 10m apart. Once completing Part A you may begin accumulating max distance, running back and forth between the lines for the duration of the time. Each 10m is 1 rep. Record your total reps.

*Part A must be completed within a 15:00 cap. If the athlete is unable to complete the 30/60-20/60-10/60 under the 15:00 cap the athlete will note their completed repetitions and proceed to Part B. However, if Part A is completed under the cap, the athlete may immediately move on to Part
