Rep It Out UK is a CrossFit Licensed same sex pairs competition that brings the fun to functional fitness!
This event is entered via 3 online qualifier workouts, starting on May 30th and running until Jun 19th. Teams will complete the qualifiers as individuals, and add their scores together, this is to allow teams to be made up of athletes that train at different gyms / work different schedules.
