CrossFit Hermitage has been completely destroyed by the recent tornadoes that ripped through Middle Tennessee on March 3rd, 2020.
The news of this was tragic and we decided to take action and partner up with CrossFit Trivium to put on an IN PERSON fundraiser competition on April 4th to benefit the rebuilding of CrossFit Hermitage.
We will also host an Online competition during this time to get as much help as possible. 100% of the proceeds of this online competition will go to the rebuilding of CrossFit Hermitage.
