Min 1: 6 toes to bar, 6 wall balls
Min 2: 7 toes to bar, 7 wall balls
Min 3: 8 toes to bar, 8 wall balls
Min 4: 9 toes to bar, 9 wall balls
Min 5: 10 toes to bar, 10 wall balls
Min 6: 11 toes to bar, 11 wall balls
Min 7: 12 toes to bar, 12 wall balls
Min 8: 13 toes to bar, 13 wall balls
Min 9: 14 toes to bar, 14 wall balls
Min 10: 15 toes to bar, 15 wall balls
Min 11: 16 toes to bar, 16 wall balls
Min 12: 17 toes to bar, 17 wall balls
Min 13: 18 toes to bar, 18 wall balls
Min 14: 19 toes to bar, 19 wall balls
Min 15: 20 toes to bar, 20 wall balls
And so on, add one rep to both exercises in every new set.
A WB rep counts, if the ball hits the target before the 60 sec is over. No need to catch the ball.
