LEVEL 2:
Extended time cap: 6 minutes
- 15 synchro front squats 30/40 kg (only 2 athletes’ wok)
- 18 synchro pull-ups (only 2 athletes’ wok)
- 25 double unders each; one after the other.

LEVEL 3:
Extended time cap: 9 minutes
- 20 snatch 35/50 kg (I GO YOU GO)
- 15 synchro chest-to-bar pull-ups (only 2 athletes’ wok)
- 20 synchro toes-to-bar (only 2 athletes’ wok)

Extended time cap: 12 minutes
AMRAP: (I GO YOU GO – 1 round each)
- 9 bar facing burpees (only 2 athletes’ wok)
- 6 synchro clean 40/60 kg (only 2 athletes’ wok)
- 3 synchro bar muscle-ups (only 2 athletes’ wok)
