LEVEL 1:
Time cap: 3 minutes
- 12 synchro clean & jerk 25/30 kg
- 15 synchro bar facing burpees
- 18 synchro knee raises

LEVEL 2:
Extended time cap: 6 minutes
- 12 synchro front squats 30/40 kg
- 15 synchro pull-ups
- 35 double unders each; one after the other.

LEVEL 3:
Extended time cap: 9 minutes
- 15 snatch 35/50 kg (I GO YOU GO)
- 12 synchro chest-to-bar pull-ups
- 15 synchro toes-to-bar

LEVEL 4:
Extended time cap: 12 minutes
AMRAP: (I GO YOU GO – Each round must be fully completed by 1 athlete).
- 9 bar facing burpees
- 6 clean 40/60 kg
- 3 bar muscle-ups
Athletes must alternate between rounds.
