Set Up and Standards:
Rower may be placed in view of video timer so as to see calories.
Calories must be reset after each round
HSPU must be done on a flat surface. 2x 15kg Plates + a level AbMat are permitted
HSUP must show a visible lockout of the shoulder, elbow and hips extended
